SYDNEY MCMANAMY

I am a Siouxland native and a graduate of Sioux City East High School. I briefly left Siouxland to earn a degree in business management and minors in accounting, marketing, and sales from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Growing up around the real estate business, I have always loved the process of buying or selling a home. I enjoy looking for the potential in every house and matching it with the perfect new owners. When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending quality time with family and getting involved with community organizations like River-Cade, Siouxland Growth Organization, Events Facilities and Tourism Advisory Board, and the United Way of Siouxland. I am currently licensed in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota and work out of the United Center office.
